ring blower is widely used in the fileds of Plastic pellet conveying(or plastic injection molding machine particles feeder), vacuum lifting.
Wastewater treatment aeration, food processing machine, agriculture,foam molding, pneumatic conveying system, printing machine,packing machine,textile. when the pressure or the vacuum is too excessive for centrifugal ventilators or when a compact construction type is required. Ring(Side) channel blowers will additionally produce much less noise than centrifugal or radial ventilators with equal pressure, once the right measures are taken.

The RING BLOWER's basic design features a balanced radial impeller that is directly motor-driven, housed in a housing with tight tolerances, supported by bearings, and sealed with seals.
Most commonly, pressure diecast aluminum alloy impeller and housings are in demand because they offer durable yet lightweight machinery. The majority of inlet and outlet ports have threads and a silencer. The impellers and housings for multiple stage units are all different.

The difference between the Regenerative Ring Blower and the centrifugal blower is that the impeller consists of dozens of blades, and it is similar to the impeller of a huge gas turbine. The air in the middle of the impeller blades is affected by the centrifugal force and moves to the edge of the impeller, where the air enters the annular cavity of the pump body and recirculates in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating air flow generated by the rotation of the impeller also leaves the air pump for use with extremely high energy.
